Supreme Court of Canada

The Supreme Court of Canada engaged LUNCH to retrofit the tired and dated cafeteria and provide a much needed on-going café, vending, and catering experience. The idea was to transform the traditional ‘mom and pop greasy spoon’ into a progressive, healthier café experience. LUNCH said ‘bye’ to the old deep-fryers and crusty flat-tops – replaced with a modern, clean retail food experience – all produced off-site!

The new space supports a daily influx of 200+ full-time employees with substantial added traffic from lawyers and the public (from across the country), especially when court is in session. LUNCH stays in close communication with the Supreme Court’s events team in order to predict, support and react to major volume increases.

Our contract experience with Public Works provides for a guaranteed revenue stream spread out over our complete range of services, which in turn affords the Supreme Court of Canada access to the FullLunch experience.
